Diamond Materials is currently working on the site-work and utilities for two 500,000 square-foot warehouses located on Forest Lane in Carney’s Point, New Jersey. The scope of the project includes clearing and grubbing, excavation of over 110,000 cubic yards of soil, import of over 450,000 cubic yards of soil, installation of 2,800 linear feet of Sanitary sewer piping, 6,000 linear feet of water service piping, and over 19,500 linear feet of storm sewer piping.
Additionally, Diamond will pour 16,500 linear feet of concrete curb, 12,000 SY of concrete sidewalk, and place over 15,000 tons of black top. This job is on track to be completed months ahead of schedule.
