Diamond is actively working in Phase 2 of the French Park project which is located on Salem Church Rd in Newark, DE. This phase is set to be completed in early 2023 in which we will jump into the third and final phase of the project. French Park is set to be completed in the Fall of 2023.
This site will eventually consist of 139 townhomes, 372 apartments and a clubhouse.
Diamond’s scope consists of the following:
Clearing and grubbing nearly 40 acres of dense trees.
Moving over 100,00cy of soil.
Installation of 9 bio-retention areas and 700lf of block retaining walls.
Installation of over 15,000lf of sewer piping,some of which is over 20ft deep.
Installation of a sewer pump station.
Installation of around 8,700lf of storm drain, 15,000lf of under-drain and 18,00lf of water main and services.
Pouring 29,000lf of curb and 118,000sf of sidewalk. Paving over 20,000tn of blacktop.
Widening portions of Salem Church Rd to DelDOT specifications.
