Diamond is currently working on the site-work and utilities for a 336,700sf warehouse located at 2057 Rt 322 Woolwich NJ.

Diamond’s Scope for this site consists of:

Clearing and grubbing

Excavation of over 220,000cy of soil

Installation of over 400lf of 20ft+ deep sewer piping, 6,600lf of Storm Drain and 3,300lf of Water Main

Pouring 12,000lf of curb and 6,000sf of sidewalk

Placing around 19,600tn of stone and paving over 19,000tn of blacktop
