Diamond Materials is currently engaged in the TD Synnex project, a significant expansion of an existing credit card chip manufacturing plant located in Swedesboro, New Jersey. The project, valued at $3,755,988, spans 5 acres and involves extensive site-work over an anticipated duration of 9 months, extended from the original 3 months due to redesigns.
Key components of the project include clearing 2 acres, with a total cut-to-fill volume of 17,000 cubic yards and the import of 12,680 cubic yards of soil. The installation of storm drainage will encompass 3,240 linear feet, while sanitary sewer work includes a sampling manhole and 390 linear feet of piping.
Additional project details feature the placement of 8,000 tons of asphalt, 160 cubic yards of concrete, 745 square feet of sidewalk, and 2,610 linear feet of curb. Notably, there are no unique project challenges reported, allowing for a smooth progression towards completion.
